Hi Guys,
Just wondering if anyone here has bought any ORIGINAL printed sony manuals or service manuals second hand from online sites? I am not looking to get PDF or PDF printouts but the actual original stuff. Thanks for the recommendations. ----------------- KDL-55XBR8, HR23-700, Custom HTPC, SLV-R1000, PS3 80GB, BDP-S5000ES, DVP-CX777ES, STR-DA6400ES, TA-N90ESx2, TA-N9000ESx2, B&W 700s, PS-X555ES w/ Orotofon X5-MC & Sony HA-T10, TC-WA9ES, SEQ-333ES, DTC-2000ES.

Ebay has members selling original Sony Manuals. I bought 2 original manuals from Ebay without any issues.
There are several sites online that sell original manuals and service manuals. It depends on what Sony product manual you are looking for.
Is there one specifically that you are looking for?

Thanks claudio. I know e-bay and online retailers sell them. But I wanted to see if there is anyone in particular who others have shopped from that I could trust to deliver a clean/newish service manual.
As for which ones: I am lookign for all of the ones that go with my equipment. As you can see from my sig I have a number of older sony equipment and I have realized the older it gets the harder it will be to find knowledgable repair techs. This way, even if the tech is not familiar iwth the unit at least he will have the service manual for reference. I guess I am trying to buy some medium of insurance. If any such thing is possible. I am also going to be looking for PDF versions as well for archiving purposes but that is another post all together...

Note that some newer equipment, str-k840 may only have PDF service manuals with no print version available from Sony-unless you were to print the PDF yourself.

When you order a service manual from Sony DAPC, you get a printed copy. Frankly, the .pdf versions are much easier to use due to links from one location to another and the ability to zoom in on a schematic. I have a binder for the STR-DA5000ES service manual that I purchased before I had on-line access to service manuals (no longer have).
