I've heard as early as next week (1/29/04) and as late as 2/18. I too am hoping to have mine by the superbowl. It's been ordered since 12/20/03.

    Happy hunting

I have been waiting for mine for a month now but finally got a call from CC this afternoon that my set was on it's way from Sony and should be delivered either Friday or this weekend. To me this signals the end of the painful wait that most of us have had to go through. Most stores have long lists of customers that have paid for and are waitnig for delivery of these sets so it may be a week two before you get one if you were to order it.

Have you tried Howard's, they are a Sony certified reseller.

    www.howards.com

They have several locations in the SoCal area.

Returned my (Don't Have it and Don't Know When We're Gonna Get It!!!) TV at CC and bought a brand new (I'm getting it tomorrow!!!) TV from Tweeter for $500.00 less. Plus tweeter offers 5 years on the extended service plan where CC only offered 4 for the same price. (Service Plan is a must just in case I get the dreaded bulb problem ) Thanks for your input everyone I appreciate it!!!
