I have just moved to my new appartment, so everything here is work in progress, including HT room. Still, I wanted to post the first few pictures, just like I promised.
So, here it goes:
I hope you like this preview. More pictures will follow soon.
Thanks for sharing pictures of your home theater, it looks great! I sort of have a similar cable situation; are you considering running some of the cabling through the wall or using a j-channel to hide some of the wires?
Toli
P.S. Did you know that one can see your refelction in the TV, in the first picture? Also, is that a Sony camera?
The walls in my appartment are made of armed (reinforced) concrete, so it would be VERY difficult to hide cables inside them. New equipment stand will be here soon, so the cabling will be rearranged and won't be in such a mess (I told you it's a work in progress now).
Yes, I've noticed my reflection in the TV, but I couldn't avoid it. Sorry!
The camera is Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ20. Again sorry, I'll swap it for Sony ASAP.
Fantastic pictures of your fantastic Home Theater system! Your work in progress is well on it's way. I look forward to seeing your next group of pictures. I love that you have floor standers all the way around. I bet it sounds fantastic from that comfortable looking sofa.
Thank you for sharing your pictures with us and giving a look at the OPCAR Home Theater system. It looks great.
My NS9100/DA7100 i.Link dynamic duo paired with SS-X series speakers works sonic magic. I too love to have floor standers all around, although I would like that my HT room is somewhat bigger (Well, you can't have it all :-D ).
Toli -Thank you very much for the idea. If you look at the first picture little closer, you will probably notice the raceway (not in use) behind the left X90ED, and the other (in use) is beetwen left X90 and center X70. I have to get that new A/V equipment stand first, and than to rewire everything.
Before you order...You may want to check your local Home Depot, or Lowes....
I haven't actually looked at my Lowes, but My HD is now stocking most of that stuff, and it's available for the same pricing (as I remember) you can actually get a hands on idea of what will work best for you...
