chansky, your setup looks very good. I'm not familiar with that Sony receiver, it must be a eruopen model. Anyway, very nice system.

This is a very nice set up indeed. Its symetry is very eye catching.

Maggiefan- If memory serves the DB 1080 came out as the DA 2ES here in the States.

I really like your setup!  It is very clean and those wall connections are just great!  Did you build those in are were they there when you got there?  Thanks for sharing!

Love that 1080, beautiful reciever, I had the 1070 for a while and loved it, now I have a Blk import and wished that it was silver to mtach my DVP777.

 Thanks for all your nice comments. I am hoping to upgrade all my speakers to the new ED series available here in New Zealand, will post the pics once I get my budget sorted and eventually buy them.

 I bought the connections from a local electrical store which has a section for home automation.
And did the cabling/installation myself with some help from two of my good freinds.
