need help

hallo you all,
i got from my sister her old sony clie peg-nr70v,
but she didn't give me her softwares, and she lives in another country...
so i trying to find some softwares for uploading some pictures from my clie to my computer, i would realy apriciate if someone will give me the name of the software and where can i find it.
another software i need is to download mp3 to my clie, and a player that can play it on the clie.


last thing, i need some information how to format the sont clie, not the memory stick, but the internal memory.
