I have a Sony DCR TRV33E handycam and I have loaded the drivers to allow me to connect it up to my desktop pc. Unfortunately - I can't seem to get my PC to recognise the video camera on the USB port.
The Sony CD instructions say that you need to install the drivers prior to connecting the USB cable. It doesn't tell you what to do if you have not done things in this order. I have unistalled the drivers and re-installed as per instructions but I'm still unable to make things work.
Has anyone a) experienced this issue and b) found a solution?????
