What exactly goes bad on

What exactly goes bad on the G1 board and is it something i can solder out and replace?

plus how can the by pass the thermal fuse ? i read something aboout cuting and twisting together the grey and white wires but i dont know about that!

the fan's black wire is

the fan's black wire is cut. boom found problem.

this models fan in underneath the lcds so im going to have to remove the casing around the main lens out to get some working room the rejoin the wire.
