Monster Cable makes excellent video

Monster Cable makes excellent video cables I would use at least Video 3.If your tv only has one component input i would use it on your dvd player and use S on the PS2.Remember Your PS2 is first a game machine and dvd player second.

I've always had good success

I've always had good success with Monster VIDEO 3 cables, they are the first in their line that keeps the video signal at 75 ohms.

It sounds to me that

It sounds to me that you have your SACD player set up to auto play the stereo layer on your discs. My SCDC555es has a setting in the menu in which you can choose which layer you want it to read.
